Please join us at the film premiere of “The Boy from the Wild”. The film tells this incredible South African true story, based on the international bestselling book, of how one of the most unique game reserve conservation projects came to life by bringing animals out of captivity from around the World and back into the Wild. It shares an intimate look into the life of Peter Meyer growing up in the wild but more so how his father had the vision and courage to create such a unique and safe environment for the future sustainability of wildlife.

THE MAIN PREMIERE will be in the evening with a screening of the film, reception, canapés, presentations from Peter Meyer and guest speaker Les Carlisle (Group Conservation Manager & Project Manager for &Beyond and Rhinos Without Borders). We will be joined by press and celebs as well as key influencers. There will also be an introduction to the Launch of Peter Meyer’s new foundation “Red Is One” where we have partnered with Rhinos Without Borders, supporting Rhino Protection in Poaching locations and also Chengeta Wildlife who train Rangers across Africa to tackle poaching on the frontline and protecting African wildlife. Dress code smart casual.

SCREENINGS will also be throughout the day at 2pm, 3pm & 4pm with a chance to meet & chat with Peter Meyer and see a number of great causes in the main reception area.

I FOUND AFRICA is the proud sponsor of this amazing event and we can’t wait to see you there. Travel offers and specials will be available so come talk to us.
All I Found Africa guests get 20% off the ticket price.

Look at that smile! Please spare a moment to read this – for the price of a cup of coffee you can feed a school child in rural Zimbabwe for a whole month.

The 2018/19 rainfall in Zimbabwe was among the worst on record and the country is facing its most devastating drought in 40 years.  Imvelo tries to help alleviate this and is currently feeding 2,660 school children every day at 11 rural schools.  This usually lasts from May to August but this year will be longer.  We are looking at providing 425,600 school meals in 2019.  Often the meal provided is the only meal of the day. Without it, they simply would not have the energy to walk to school and will not come.  Here is a link to some further information about the Hwange School Lunch fund raiser, it costs $0.20 per meal so a small amount can make a big difference and all funds go directly to providing the food; Imvelo provides all the logistics for free.
